1. A brand skill
The most important one if you run your own practice. Without it, everything Claude makes sounds generic. With it, your color palette, your typography, your tone, and your key phrases show up automatically, every time.
Nobody can build this one for you. That is the point of it.
2. Monday Intel Brief
Scans regulation, policy, and industry news before I open my laptop. It replaced the morning I used to spend clicking through sources. Over 1,000 of you have downloaded it already.
3. Skill Creator
Free, built by Anthropic, sitting in your account right now. Customize → Skills → browse → Skill Creator.
This is the one that makes the other four possible. Sustainability is too wide a field for anyone to ship a pre-built skill that matches your exact slice of it. Climate action, pollution reporting, strategy, regulation, all different work. You will always need to build or adjust. This is what you build with.
4. Tool Architect
Turns an idea into a real, full working tool. This is the reason Cohort 1 was building in week one instead of week four. It sits inside AILab.
5. Risk Assessment
We run risk assessments constantly. This skill runs the process with you. And this is the one people never find, because it is not sold as a skill at all.
Risk Assessment is bundled inside a plugin called Operations. A plugin is just several related skills packaged together.
Go to Customize → Plugins, not Skills. Browse. Look for Operations. Inside it you also get compliance tracking, process documentation, and process optimization.
Here is the part most people miss: you do not need the whole plugin. Pull the one skill you need, activate it with a forward slash, and use it on its own.
Three of these five are free. Two of them you already own and have never opened.
Your knowledge is the gold. These are just the containers you build for it.
