STOP CHATTING WITH AI. START EXECUTING WITH IT.

Hey {{first_name|there}},

You don't need to build the next biggest ESG platform.

You need to build the smallest possible tool that solves one specific problem. Hear me out.

The old math no longer applies

Building a tool used to cost tens of thousands of euros and months of work. That price forced everything into a certain shape: big, generic, built to serve as many people as possible just to justify the investment.

That math is gone.

With AI, you can ship a working MVP in hours. A powerful, personalized tool in days. The cost of being specific has dropped to near zero.

Which means you no longer have to aim big. You have to aim precise. One problem. One workflow. One tool built around how you actually work.

If you are reading this, you are not the average professional in your field. Most people in sustainability are still debating whether to use AI at all. You are already thinking about what to build with it. That gap does not stay open forever.

The professionals who build now, even small, even imperfect, are building something nobody can replicate: a personal library of tools shaped entirely around their domain knowledge. Your expertise in CSRD, materiality, supplier engagement, SBTi is the asset. AI makes it executable.

Where most people get stuck

  • They do not know how to structure the idea. A blank page and a tool you have never built before is genuinely hard. No obvious structure, no obvious starting point.

  • They do not know what Claude Code needs. It is an execution tool, not a reasoning tool. It needs specifics on the problem, the user, the data, and the scope. Most people do not know that is what they have to provide.

  • They do not know the technical language. You know what you want the tool to do. You do not know whether that makes it a single-page app or a multi-view dashboard. That gap stops people before they start.

That is exactly what the Tool Architect is built to solve. It is a Claude skill that interviews you about your idea in plain language, challenges your assumptions, catches what you have missed, and turns everything you know into a complete product spec Claude Code can execute directly. You describe the idea. It does the rest. Get it for free below.

This week I built a double materiality matrix for The Corporate, the fictional client I use across the AILab curriculum. Sixteen ESG topics, ESRS-aligned thresholds across financial and impact materiality, background zones that show instantly where each topic lands, category filtering by pillar, hover tooltips, deployed and live on a URL.

One Claude Code session. Not a platform. A specific tool for a specific workflow, built in the time it used to take to write a developer brief. Small tools compound. That is the whole point.

The full build walkthrough: defining the matrix, setting the ESRS thresholds, and shipping it live in one Claude Code session. This is the free version, no AILab needed.

That's it for this issue. Hit reply and tell me what you're building. I read every one.

Ready to build it, not just watch it?

You've seen what's possible. The leap is going from chatting with AI to executing with it. In AILab, we build your tools together, your domain knowledge doing the heavy lifting. Cohort 1 is full. The Cohort 2 waitlist is open now, with priority access before it goes public.
